Jay Robb, $30 or so. Comes in powder, I get them from super supplements and they not your typical thick shake, they're light and easier to drink especially once sleeved :-)

Chocolite Peanut Butter chocolate is the best in my opinion. I get it at Bariatic choice. Let me know if you want a referral code for 20% off.

I also really like Matrix strawberry (and their unflavored is really great at 40 calories a scoop) - also at Bariatric Choice.

GNC Cookies and Cream is good, too.

I have several flavors that I try different ones every day. I love my shakes with unsweetened almond milk and ice in my nutribullet.

I LOVE Unjury vanilla or chocolate. I add PB2 and some Protein Powder, 2% milk & ice and enjoy! Still drinking them and I'm 4 months out...I really like them. I've found that when I start the day with a shake, I'm more likely to get in all my Protein for the day...and it's so convenient.

I use the Unjury shakes. They taste pretty good and are the right consistency for after being the sleeved. I love having the unflavored to add to other foods to help get your Protein in. Whatever you choose you want to make sure that it is high in protein, low in sugar and FULL of Vitamins.< /p>

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
