I was having the same problem and I finally cut the carbs and started losing weight again , I am almost 3 months and I've now lost 35 lbs . I stay at about 30 carbs a day and of course concentrate on Protein first

I don't have much advice because I'm dealing with the same issue. I'm 4.5 months out and have lost 40lbs. I'm discouraged by this rate of loss and that I actually gained 1.5 lbs in tge last 2 weeks. I still struggle with carbs and sweets and have issues getting all my Protein in. I've increased my exercise so I'm hoping that will help. I lost 120 lbs in a year with my band and I guess I thought the sleeve would at least equal or surpass those results. 5 more lbs and I'll be back in onederland ! I wish it would happen faster! Good luck, you're not alone.

My doctor told me before surgery I probably would lose slower because I am a band revision to the sleeve because my body has already been through the shock of restriction with the band . I feel he was right, I am not losing real fast like a lot of people do in the beginning but I am still losing so I am happy.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
