Boy I wish I was losing that much! I had my surgery 3/14 and have list 44 pounds total... But recently I've only been losing 1/2 pound each week if that...sadly I'm still 60 pounds from goal so it's going to be a long haul unless something drastically changes.

So the Hair loss DOES stop at some point, right?? I've been losing so much these last few weeks and I really don't want to lose any more because I will end up bald! Lol.

Hey sleevie wonder, how are you going? My hair has just started to come out. I have lost tolerance to the shakes for about three weeks so I dont know if that is part of the reason. My chair at work was covered, I just brushed the Wookie off and put it in the bin before anyone could see, yuk. I am glad it is temporary.

Hi, I hear you there, I started noticing Hair loss about a week ago. :( I've heard it lasts about two months but I sure hope not or I'll be bald too.

I am losing hair also. My hair is really thick so it doesn't show much. Plus...I got it cut short, I like it ;)

My hair is thin, but I have (had) a lot of it. Now every time I get up from the computer or my beadwork table I'm cleaning up strands. Hope it slows down ... I've been pretty careful about my protein... But if it all falls out I'll get a couple of wigs. Hair loss is nothing compared to feeling so good.

Fingers crossed, my hair is hanging in there. I keep a short bob and I wonder if that may cause less stress on the follicles. I've always taken Biotin and I keep getting my 60 grams of Protein. I've got a little hair to spare, but I still keep an eye on the bottom of my shower.....

I've been getting 60-G protein since day 3 postop, take all my supplements, including biotin. I'm believing if it's gonna happen it will.....seems like I did everything possible & still happened :(

I've decided I'm going to cut mine short as well. Right now it's pretty long, at least halfway down my back and now that it's thinning out it doesn't look too good.

My haircut will be planned for when I reach 199lbs though! Gotta keep then goals going lol. ~30lbs to go. Hoping by August.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
