I've gone down a size lol was a 6 now 5 .... Think it's the swelling gone down in my feet from carrying he weight around

Lol o crap really hope my feet don't lose to much weight. I was a 6.5 then with the weight gain a 7 and that has to be 7 wide with. I got at least 6 new pair of shoes at size 7. Just figured before the weight gain I was 6.5 so a 7 even if I lose should still..I'm praying fit. Got these killer Coach wedge sneakers Omg lol

My feet have somehow gotten longer . . . but skinnier. Was a 10W and am now an 11M.

That's really interesting....hmm heard of losing never gaining

I went from 9 1/2W to an 8. On the down side I have a LOT of shoes that don't fit anymore and only maybe six pairs that do. I need some summer sandals that fit - time to shop!

Yes Ma'am. Went from an 8 1/2-9 back down to a 7 1/2-8. And also no longer wearing wide widths. I have to use alot of self control or I'd own dozen's of pairs of shoes.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
