A credit card with very high interest, based on my recollection.

Care Credit is interest free for a designated amount of time. But like other credit cards with an interest free promotion period, they hit you for all the interest if not paid off within the promotional period of time. I think, between 6-12 (maybe 18) months....something like that. I've used it a few times when I needed a lot of dental work.

Some doctors want to increase the procedure price if you use Care Credit, because they get hit with a big fee. But I've only had one tell me that.

I don't know what the interest rate is on Care Credit right now, but the key to using it, is the months they give you interest free. I just looked online, and depending on the procedure cost, and if the doctor accepts Care Credit, they have different terms; 6,12,18, 24 and (if I read it right) up to 60 months. I don't believe the interest rate is dependent on your credit score, but I can't say for sure.

Here is a link the their website. http://www.carecredit.com/faqs.html

I used it and the interest rate wasn't horrible. They have a website. But yes your bf can use it on you. It is a credit card. But if he has great credit you should get a loan from your bank, you might get a lower rate.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
