6 months post op and I feel absolutely amazing. My only regret is not doing it sooner! I feel like I can finally stop hiding behind everything and get out and live my life to the fullest!

Do you have any advice or is there anything specific you did to lose so much in your first 6 months? Just wondering! :)

My advice is to get as much support as possible and follow exactly what your diet allows. If loved ones don't support you.. find someone in this community that will! I have about 5 people I talk to that have had the surgery. It keeps you motivated and less likely to go back to bad habits. I don't cheat on my diet and I make sure I get all of my protein in. Find a protein bar that you love! I have a specific brand I like, all of theirs are amazing!! It's called power crunch.
