  4. I'm in. My goal is 115, my current weight is 121
  5. Hi all, I contemplated writing my success story because it seems once you pass over to skinny world who needs the website. However, I wouldn't be a success if I didn't see others stories that paved a way for me, so it's time to give back to help encourage and motivate others as the gastric sleeve has done for me! I'm 5 ft 2, started out 197lbs and I have weighed 121 lbs since 7 months out and yes today I still weigh 121lbs. I've surpassed every goal that was set and even ran in my first 10K before Thanksgiving. 2014 was a year of changes and it gave me confidence that I never had. I was a heavy depressed size 16 knocking on the doors of size 18 and now I'm a size 2/4. I used to play see saw with my weight, such as even years skinny me and odd years heavy me. Not anymore, I'm dedicated more than ever to keep the weight off and to continue to run 3-4 times a week, plus Zumba and spin cycling. In 2015, I vow to run a half marathon and push through the odd years. It was tough in the beginninh, but each day it gets easier and easier. I have no regrets and I would do it again in a heartbear! Thank you all and continue to work hard. Remember the sleeve is a tool, don't let it work you, bust your ass to work it!!! And yes my husband got the sleeve as well. He went from 272lbs to 182lbs. Whoop whoop!!!!

  8. Just about everything goes down easy and I eat all the time, good and bad. I also exercise alot so that's probably why I have such a large appetite
  9. I'm only 5'2. I'm a really shortie. Everyone wants me to stop losing weight however my ultimate goal is 115. I'm very pleased however I'm afraid of how easy I gain weight and go up and down on the scale so easily
  10. HW 197 SW 186 12/30/2013 CW 122 TPL 75 TGP 81 No change sorry so late. Keep up the great work everyone!!! Happy Surgeryanniversary
  11. HW 197 SW 186 12/30/2013 CW 122 TPL 75 TGP 81 Lost 3 lbs this week. I ran my first race today and it was a 10K. It took me 1 hr. 5 minutes. 6 lbs to go 36 days before I hit my surgery anniversary. I got this!!!!!!!!!
  12. Good luck to you Jaudon, this has been the best decision I have ever met. No regrets
  13. HW 197 SW 186 12/30/2013 CW 125 TPL 72 TGP 81 Lost 2 lbs thanks to bronchitis!
  14. HW 197 SW 186 12/30/2013 CW 127 TPL 69 TGP 82 Lost a 1lb but still a size 2. 12 lbs to lose got 50 days to do it in. I will make this goal
  15. HW 197 SW 186 CW 128 TPL 69 TGP 82 I gained 4 lbs, probably the Halloween candy didn't help, I eat bad carbs so for the next two months I am committing to starting over with the basics. I have 7 lbs to lose this month and 6 lbs for December. I will meet my last goal. However, if I'm a size 2 now I'm not for sure what 13lbs. will look like.
  16. HW 197 SW 186 CW 124 TPL 73 TGP 82 Still 124 lbs... I've hit a plateau... my cravings are out of this world and I eat like a tapeworm. Does anyone have this issue 10 months out? I can definitely eat more which kind of concerns me
  17. HW 197 SW 186 CW 124 TPL 73 TGP 82 I'm still 124 this week, I gotta do something different bc i have two months to get to final goal of 115. I'm not worried at least not for now
  18. HW 197 SW 186 CW 124 TPL 73 TGP 82 I'm still 124 this week, but I'm a size 2. Still losing inches gaining muscle I guess.
  19. I've gained 3lbs. I'm 124 instead of the usual 121. Maybe I will have a better week this time around!!!!
  20. HW 197 SW 186 CW 121 TPL 76 TGP 82 I'm still 121. I fluctuate up and down during the week. I need to make some changes again, because my body gets used to things really quick. It needs a constant shock.
  21. No changes for me either, I'm still 121
  22. I drank a bottle of Isopure a day, cut down on my snacking and concentrated on my protein intake. I did my normal workout routine of exercise which is running 15 miles this week.
