Amy!! Looking good. I just got home. Hope you surgery went well. Mine did. I have lots of pressure/gas. Walking and sipping!! :)

I'm still in hospital having a hard time with pain management though and still trying to figure out the sipping.

Everything is going pretty well. Keeping fluids down has been no problem but can't seem to tolerate food.

Food? What kind of food, thought u were only supposed to have liquids.

Jello, pudding, custard. Those don't sit well right now. Sticking to juices, milk and water.

Have you tried sugar-free popsicles? I was able to tolerate them pretty well in the hospital.

I can only have clear liquids. Broth, jello, water. Week 2 I can move up to full liquids (milk, pudding, protein shake ect).

I will SF Popsicles a try. Last night I was able to eat the Chicken soup from Unjury (not the entire packet) and this morning I had three spoonfuls of malt o meal with unflavored protein added. Hard to believe how full I am after there spoonfuls. Oh and I'm 10lbs down since Wednesday.....WOW
