Looking for tasty pureed food recipes

A little over a week left before I move to puréed diet for a couple weeks. Anyone have any recipes they are willing to share?

I found this website to be helpful:

She is a bypass patient who writes a food blog. The recipe for ricotta bake was my first meal on soft proteins and it hit the spot.

Also Gamergirl has a food blog: sleevers.wordpress.com that is very good. The cheese soufflé recipe was fantastic!

I have had good success searing the internet for bariatric recipes. There are a lot of good recipe websites and blogs.

Good Luck!

Steam a head of cauliflower then go at it with a stick blender, adding in stock or broth (I usually use chicken), salt and pepper to taste and a little coriander if you like. To me this is like a savory pudding -- so yummy. I am banded not sleeved so not sure what's right for you, but I was glad to get the veggie matter with no fat no dairy. Best wishes for this new chapter in your life -- very exciting!
