Greek Yogurt weird question

I have this weird texture issue thing where I can't even look at the Water that forms at the top of sour cream (gagging just thinking about it).

The Greek yogurts I have bought have all had this same water substance on top. Does anyone know of a brand that doesn't separate like this?

If you keep the waxed white paper with the container and use a spoon to level the yogurt then push the waxed paper on top of the yogurt using the back of the spoon it will "seal" the yogurt keeping air from entering and making the whey separate. I do this with both yogurt and sour cream & it works great.

I found the Yoplait Greek 100's have the least amount of whey floating at the top. They have some great flavors but be warned!!! They're HIGHLY addictive. I eat them for dessert or use them as a special treat.

I eat light n fit and I do shake mine up and store them in the fridge upside down. Also make ranch dressing with plain yogurt and skim milk ad seasoning. When I think if it I have a Protein smoothie I add a half of srawberry yogurt with frozen strawberries and banana Protein powder and whiz it with my bullet. It is like ice cream.. Anyone havw other ideas for protein? sometimes mine get old.

I try to stay away from anything with artificial sweeteners when I can. I love Oikos. Lately I've been getting the Banana Cream flavor and adding a tablespoon of PB2 to it. So yummy! I just stir the whey back in, but shaking it up before you open it will solve the problem!

I get the Fage plain Greek yogurt which is packaged a little differently, but they all separate when they sit for a long time. I heard on the Today Show that storing it upside down helps limit the separation.

Voskos stay mixed.

I just saw chiobani now makes a stevia sweetened 100 calorie Greek. Can't wait to try it.

I just tried it today! It was pretty good. Not sweet which I liked.

YEEEESSS!!!!

It doesn't bother me, I just stir it back in. But if it did, I'd have a hard time eating it.

I've started adding a couple teaspoons of peanut butter, equal, and a little sugar free Torani caramel syrup to my Fage 0%, and I LOVE it!

I also use Fage it seem like the best choice low sugar, low carbs, high protein! I first tried it with PB2 and Almond Roca SF Torani, it was tasty. Today I used French vanilla SF Torani loved it! I had tried to add some baby food fruit Apple banana & Strawberry but it was edible then I added the French vanilla and loved it!
