I read to take some zinc with your biotin on another thread. I tried it and it seems to be working .... No acne. Hair growth .... Nada. I have stopped shedding now hoping to see new growth.

Wow, thanks. My hair started shedding 3 months out. It stopped about 2 months ago. Now, I'm trying to get my hair back. I'm using everything. I'm going to try this on a regular basis. Thanks again!!!
