  1. I've done a lot of research on this and if anything your tummy may stretch and get bigger if you don't take care of it... not bust open or pop :-)
  2. I'm soooo glad I found this thread! I'm getting my surgery date next week (eek!) and I'm super nervous about a support system. All of my friends are thin (I'm not telling them about the surgery) and my family isn't being very supportive. Would anyone be interested in being my VSG mentor? I'd love to have someone to talk to who understands :-)

  6. Yeah, I agree... low carb + protein shakes are what help me. I have PCOS but not diabetes. Good luck!
