I'm 4 weeks out and threw up last night for the first time. It was my own fault, though. After I ate I mindlessly took a big gulp of Water and thar she blows! Oops.

I feel fine today. I'm eating around 500 a day and 60g of Protein. What did you eat last night? Maybe it was something you ate.

Yes I am so tired!!!

I ate crabs which I eat all the time

Maybe I ate to fast or it was the crabs bc they seem to be soaked in garlic!!! Idk but I just feel like shit!!!

Bubble guts all night, weak, sweaty, lightheaded,

I am trying to get this Protein in thinking about going back to my liquid diet for a week

The strong garlic may have spurred your vomiting etc. I have to be careful with highly seasoned foods.. Garlic does not settle wel with me.

I vomited only when I gulp to fast, sometimes I get the nausea feeling, I have to redirect my mind somewhere lea or it's coming. Did any of you experience a plateau?

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
