  1. I had my surgery in December, 2013 I too am a slow loser. I started at 293 since surgery I been at 262 since. I have not lost on 2 months I at an 900 calorie a day. I must admit I haven't been working out. But I just joined a gym I wanna see what will happen if anything. I hate to give up when you want it sooooo bad. I have been good with my protein shakes I'm just at a lost. I will keep you posted once I exercise for 2 weeks straight to see if there are any changes.

  12. I forgot to say I am 4 weeks post op as well.
  13. I vomited only when I gulp to fast, sometimes I get the nausea feeling, I have to redirect my mind somewhere lea or it's coming. Did any of you experience a plateau?
  14. I am 4 weeks post op and I am currently at a stall. I am so fearful of not losing. My nut says it is normal not to lose week 2-4 because the diet is designed to help heal the stomach. But in my brain, ev 1 around who had the surgery is losing except me. Why? Maybe because I want it so much. I will see what happens this weekend after the bloating goes away. Need I say more? I want to tuck my shirt in my pants without seeing that extra roll under my stomach. Ugghhhh!!!! I hate this feeling.
  15. I agree I am 3 weeks pre op going on 4 and I hit a plateau, but I am still losing inches although it does not show on the scale. I am trying not to get discourage, maybe because I read there are so many others like me.
