Good Morning! So my surgery was at 1:15 yesterday. I was back to my room by 3:30 or 4:00. I ended up having a drain put in to one of my incisions but I wouldn't even know if it was there. Since my surgery was so late in the day I have to stay 2 nights. I didn't sleep much last night. I was up and walking by 6 pm last night and have been walking about every 2 hours. I've been eating ice all night long but they are getting ready to pass out breakfast. Which I'm not too hungry. I am still very sore. I wouldn't expect any less though. I will keep updating as new things happen! Thank you for all of the wonderful thoughts!

Well I was able to come home today!! So exciting, although I'm a little overwhelmed! I'm still pretty sore and my belly makes this funny noise and feeling. It's like it's talking to me. I ate my first FULL liquid 2 oz meal today which was mashed potatoes!! I've walked a good amount but I am pretty tired. A hospital is not a time to rest that's for sure. I'll talk to you guys soon!!
