My pregnancy ended in miscarriage. I am still happy that I could conceive.

My periods were regular prior to having WLS, but loosing the weight did help conceive. It took 2 months to find out that we were expecting. I had wls to just get healthy.

I have very exciting news! I am pregnant! I am 5 weeks and 5 days! eek!

I have now learned that I should take half a dose and wait 30 minutes to take the other half. The sugar content is crazy. Next time I will ask for sugar free.

Have you tried allergy medicine? no, but it wont help because I have drainage in my chest.

has anyone gotten sick since their surgery? I have bronchitis and the couch medicine that the doctor prescribed made me dump. So I get no relief from coughing. I am so miserable.

103 pounds lost. I have 71 until my goal. I am so happy with my progress.

So, I havent been on here in a while, but I am doing great. 90 pounds lost, from a size 22-24 to a 14-16. Have had a ton of complications, the most recent one is from me fainting. I am now going to follow up with a cardiologist to see why my blood pressure keeps dropping. I am eating about 1000 calories a day and 70-80 grams of Protein and 72 ounces of Water. I am back to working part time and have had no problems adjusting. I hope everyone is well!

I have much more energy! I can go without taking a nap throughout the whole day. I can walk a 2 mile trail without loosing breath and I can do 30 minutes on the elliptical without stopping. I can say that I have hit a stall but I know that my body mass is still shrinking. My wedding ring is falling off and a 18 inch chain sits in my cleavage now. lol. but I am so happy with my progress even with the complications that I have had. I have my 3 month check up today and I am down 67 pounds according to my scale. I am in a 16-18 pant from a 22-24 and a xl from a 2xl-3xl.

I am going to start seeing a NUT to help me figure out what I should be eating.

When I was at this stage I got the hiccups when I was full but you don't wanna be full right now. It's a really uneasy feeling to be full. Just keep measuring and you'll do great.

@@2biglamb Thank you! I am doing so much better than I was but I just wanna enjoy a meal without having to worry if I am going to throw it up.

How many calories is everyone getting in? I am hitting close to 600 a day.

I have another scope tomorrow and I have another stricture. I am down 64 pounds and just wanna eat without throwing up. I have been in pain from it. My weight loss has slowed a bit but I haven't been going full force at the gym like I have been. I am going back on clear liquids tomorrow and I have to start out again on the food stages but I am looking at this like another opportunity to jumpstart my weight loss.

it was instant relief. I was put back on liquids for about a week and I have only thrown up twice since then.

I guess that is what I am about to have done. I am supposwd to be eating soft foods but not able to do that. How did u know if u had the stricture I couldn't keep any food down. Throwing up after every meal. I ended up in the ICU because I was throwing up blood too. After 4 days and 2 different hospitals my surgeon arranged for me to have a scope. My pouch was closed and she couldn't even get the camera through so I had a dilation. If you can feel food get stuck in your chest or throwing up constantly it usually means that there is a stricture. It was a very easy procedure.

you can change your calorie intake through one of the settings. It tells me everyday that I am starving myself lol.

8 weeks out and down 57 pounds. I have another endoscopy on the 26th to strech my pouch again because I have another stricture. I am so blown away by the progress that I have made,

Anything that you put in your mouth you should track it. It totally counts towards your daily intake.

You are doing great...congrats on the weight loss.. you are looking good. How are you doing since being in the hospital? I hope everything turned out good for you I am doing so much better. I have another EDG scheduled for the 26th to make sure that it don't develop another stricture but I am so glad that I can eat now without throwing up. I actually had some Wendy's chili and had about half and settled good.
