Hi guys I was hoping I could maybe find some answers on here. I had rny on August 26 and I'm having really bad middle abdominal pain and nausea after eating for the past 2 days. I feel colicky, like my intestines are twisting. Even drinking Water hurts. It's not like full pouch pain or food getting stuck, I experience d that when I had an ulcer but this is different and in the center of my abdomen mostly on the right side. I took the gallstone pills for the first 3 months so maybe it could be that? Has anyone experienced this?

Yeah for the most part. I try to go once a day or every other day. I was really constipated for a while but it's gotten better. After I ate this afternoon and got the pains I was in the bathroom for a while and I went to see if it would help but it didn't

I would suggest going to the er! If it is a twisted intestine... That's the only way to know and get it fixed. If it's something else... They can fix that too. Seriously, don't risk ur health ...please! This could be minor, or something really major. Get checked for ur own sake!

I went to the ER and they diagnosed me with "generalized abdominal pain" THANKS ALOT I COULD'VE TOLD YOU THAT. I'm still experiencing some pain, so hopefully when I see my surgeon on the 9th I'll find out what's wrong.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
