Has anyone tried these? What are your thoughts? Are they any good? Are they worth it?

Looks interesting! I just read their website, and it looks legit. I tried to sign up for a sample, but couldn't figure out how. I'm going to email them later tonight asking how to do that.

I'm also curious about the formulated for men / women distinction.

Have you tasted it?

Haven't tried it yet. Kind of scared to. I'm chicken to try new things some times. I've already had dinner. Maybe I'll try it later as my snack. I'll let you know.

The Protein comes from collagen. Neither collagen nor Gelatin can be absorbed and used by humans. So these are a waste of money and time. Sorry. :(

Did I mis-read? I thought it was made of both whey Protein and collagen protein.

But the collagen part might as well not be there. If you can figure out how many grams to subtract for the collagen and Gelatin I would be interested to see how many grams of usable protein it has. I bet you can get as much from a glass of milk.

A little dry but look at the conclusion. collagen is not totally useless. Look at it from a personal taste preference, cost and long-term personal Protein strategy.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
