My EKG was abnormal

Recommended Posts

Which is totally what you want to hear.

So I go to my primary care provider Thursday to get a medical clearance.

Stupid heart.

Did they say in what way? I used to be a cardiac nurse and the way some EKG's are abnormal wouldn't keep you from having surgery and others would. Hopefully it's something minor, good luck!

I had the stress test and found a few things wrong with my heart and lungs... It took a few months to get things under control with a few test and the dye in the heart a lungs but I was cleared and had my surgery on the 10th of December and doing ok in the health side. Do panic it will be ok.

They didn't say, but i have a really high resting heart rate, so I'm hoping that's what they're bugging out over.

Thank you. :)

Before Mom had her surgery, they found a mass on her lungs. Turned out to be a Calcium deposit folks born in the midwest get, but it was better safe than sorry.

I had an abnormal EKG. Wasn't a big deal. I was cleared immediately after my primary read the results.

Thanks, y'all. :)

I'm hopeful it's nothing major since they didn't immediately set me up for more tests.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
