Homosexual Liberal Atheists ~ What's UP with that?

Is is just me, or does this title fit a good portion of the people that post in the Rant & Raves? Personally, I am a Heterosexual Conservative, God-fearing Christian, but to each their own. Before you get all froggy & jump, I have many friends from all walks of life & that includes homosexual liberal.....well, I don't know any atheists.

Basically, I just wanted a reason to post this pic. Ya'll can Rant & Rave about it. Have fun & I'll enjoy reading.

Thanks for asking that question, BJean, I have been trying to figure out which movie that came from too.

Just another reason to love you! A Christian who loves everyone, despite what others may feel is a sin! I find it sad that to many that is a novelty!

:(

Something I believe in also: Victimless Sin. It is akin to Victimless crime. If a person is committing a sin that only hurts himself (and possibly a willing consenting adult), let God punish him (them).

 Wise words, sir.

I've seen Better Off Dead. I don't remember the quote or the scene. Darn somebody around here might be getting old. Eeeek!

Carlene: I have to admit that, in spite of everything, I loved to watch Marlon Brando in movies. I remember seeing "One Eyed Jacks" for the first time. It made quite an impression. It had other memorable lines.

One of my favorite opening scenes in a movie was:__________________(fill in the blank.) First lines of the movie were HEAVY BREATHING!!!! I was in high school and what a "message" movie that was!

Ooooh I just remembered another fantastic movie and line from it:

"We can put them in Orbit!" (spoken by Jonathan Winters)

in the same spirit, but in another direction...one ofmy favorite movie quotes is:

"im afriad one gopher would only wet my appetite without bedding it back down"

i feel JUST like that sometimes after eating.

no maam...

we be all about "Oh Brother, Where Art Thou?"

You have to get the "falling off a cliff" effect for it to be just right.

I want my twwoooooo doooooollllllaaarrrrrsss......

It's not a major part of the movie, but it does pop up several time. It's the paperboy. Every time he pops up, he's trying to collect... "I want my two dollars!" The off the cliff is at the end of the movie, when he has the skis on his bicycle, and flies off the (Was it K-12? K-9? The mountain Cusac is trying to make it down)

And from another absolute favorite:

He's not my father. He's my lover.

Who said "What's Up Doc?"

Obedience

When everybody on earth was dead and waiting to enter Paradise God appeared and said, "I want the men to make two lines. One line for the men who were true heads of their household, and the other line for the men who were dominated by their women. I want all the women to report to St.Peter."

Soon, the women were gone, and there were two lines of men. The line of the men who were dominated by their wives was 100 miles long, and in the line of men who truly were heads of their household, there was only one man.

God said, "You men should be ashamed of yourselves, I created you to be the head of your household! You have been disobedient and have not fulfilled your purpose! Of all of you, only one obeyed. Learn from him."

God turned to the one man, "How did you manage to be the only one in this line?"

The man replied, "My wife told me to stand here."

I had to watch "Oh Brother" twice. It took me that long to get the vernacular down. No wonder I didn't recognize the words in print!
