Has Anyone Had Their "colours" Done?

Recommended Posts

I LOVE dressing your truth by carol Tuttle. She'll describe what type you are in the book and then you can google the rest. You can take the free course on her site.

Thank you for your lovely comments Lipstick! I don't see myself as beautiful - I see wrinkles and sag! We never see ourselves in a positive light, do we? So I'm really encouraged by your comments :-)

I can see there's more to these "colours" than meets the eye. A little research on my part is required, I think. Can't wait to be thin enough to buy new clothes!

That's really interesting! Seems we all see ourselves differently to how the world sees us.

So I think both LL and I agree you're a warm. In that case, you would be Spring as I suggested in my PM, not summer. Summer is cool, you are definitely warm.

I just asked for deep winter swatches for christmas. Let's see if anyone in my family can figure out how to get those :)

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
