September Sleevers How Much Have You Lost So Far?

I'm just curious on how everybody progress is going. I was sleeved on 9/10/13 my highest weight was 303lbs and after I did the liquid diet for 2 weeks I got down to 273. I will be 10 weeks out tomorrow and I'm now down to 248lbs. I'm so happy to be losing weight! I'm still not getting in enough protein so I'm working on that. Please share your progress with us, and any obstacles you are having.

hi hot sleeved on the 15/9, was 87.5 now 74.3 in kgs.

I am not really exercising yet besides what I do at my job which is home daycare, so lots of running around after children, but not consuming enough calories yet to benefit from actual planned exercise...and I guess that would be my biggest obstacle, I am only getting around 600cal a day and only protein!

I work at a home daycare also. I walk 4-5 miles 2-3 times a week. I do step aerobics, squats and I been doing this for 2 months now. I'm trying to limit my lose skin if I can.

My surgery is scheduled for next Wed, 11/27 - so now I am on the liquid diet phase - hungry, hungry, hungry ! ! But I am looking forward to the results -- I need to lose about 90 lbs.

I was sleeved on 9/23/13. Starting weight was 449. Day of surgery I weighed 382. Last Tuesday I weighed 349 (not sure exactly how accurate the scale at home is. My husband swears it adds 10 lbs.) I weigh in once a week. Things are mostly going well.

Hi!:) I'm new to this! I'm still in the process I'm at the one month point where I have to prove that I can stick too the "lifestyle" before they will schedule my surgery date for the sleeve! I need it and want it ( the sleeve) I'm so scared of dying, I'm only 26 and have two beautiful kids I can't leave behind! Were any of you scared as well??
