What Is Your Heart Rate While Working Out?

Recommended Posts

What is your heart beat while working out? I know that during interval training, I can easily get to 180+bpm. One of my friends told me this was abnormally high and I should never exceed 170. Is she right?

I am working hard at 180+. I don't feel like I am going to pass out and die, but I do feel like i am working hard. Revving up my heart rate and working out hard is the one thing that makes the endorphins kick in and makes me feel great.

Is this at all normal? Anyone have any advice from their doctors or exercise physiologists? ...Thank you!

I work with a trainer and I am at 135. I am 203 pounds and 5"7. There is a calculation you do. I am sure you can get it online maybe Google it.

Isn't your max calculated by 190- age? Maybe it is a different equation for makes vs. Females. The exercise physiologist I saw told me to try for around 140-155 sustained and 179 max.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
