    Thanks for this. It has been a big concern of mine. I need to start this with my 9 year old son. I see very same issues as I had with him. I am being healthy yet I am letting him have these bad behaviors with food. I don't know why I am struggling. I think I hate the conflict so much I just let it continue. I need to make the rules and stick to them for his sake.
