Hang in there, you are not alone. I am so frustrated with the scale that I try not to make it a factor anymore. My clothes are falling off me and I am so much happier than I was before surgery. I am just trying to stay healthy and patient.

Not yet... I have thin hair already and can't even imagine what it would be like if I do. I cut my hair chin length about 3 weeks ago just incase. I heard that shorter hair sometimes helps. Idk why but I needed a haircut anyway.

Happy late Thanksgiving everyone. How did the holiday treat you? Were you able to resist the temptations? I thought it would be hard with all the carbs and dessert but it wasn't too bad at all. I had a very small plate of Turkey, ham, green Beans, corn and yes... A little bit of stuffing with cranberry. All-in-all... I think I did great and I actually lost a pound after all that Black Friday shopping and walking it off. It was a great day. Shauna29.... I tried but I can't do protein powder... The genepro doesn't add anything and I don't feel like a real green smoothie is sweet enough on its own.

I feel amazing.... It has been a few years since I have been at my current weight. I have yo yo dieted and lost and gained over 60 pounds more than once.. Not to mention that I was never overweight until I got pregnant. SW: 241 CW:213 GW: 149 I started in a size 20 and I am now in a 14. Very exciting. I'm 5'5".
