Was always a confident, outgoing person. Loved spending time with friends, live music, road trips, musicals. Went through a period where anti-depressants made me gain almost 50 lbs.
I am the mother of a beautiful 17 month old girl. She is my world and I need her to see the strength and positivity and energy in her mother that was there only a few years prior. I didn't gain any weight during my pregnancy with her, but a year later, I am now 20 lbs heavier than the day of her birth.

I want my confidence back, I want to know I can rule the world. I want to be able to chase my daughter without losing breath, or hold her for a long period of time with feeling pain in my back or legs from the additional weight. I want to be beautiful for her, for myself.

Every day is precious and worth living for my angel - I want to give her many more years from me.
