  1. Hang in there, you are not alone. I am so frustrated with the scale that I try not to make it a factor anymore. My clothes are falling off me and I am so much happier than I was before surgery. I am just trying to stay healthy and patient.
  2. I have ⬆️ this one.... It's awesome! Best zucchini spaghetti ever.
  3. Shauna29.... How's it going on liquids?
  4. Not yet... I have thin hair already and can't even imagine what it would be like if I do. I cut my hair chin length about 3 weeks ago just incase. I heard that shorter hair sometimes helps. Idk why but I needed a haircut anyway.
  5. That's awesome! Congrats and you look fantastic btw.
  6. Happy late Thanksgiving everyone. How did the holiday treat you? Were you able to resist the temptations? I thought it would be hard with all the carbs and dessert but it wasn't too bad at all. I had a very small plate of Turkey, ham, green Beans, corn and yes... A little bit of stuffing with cranberry. All-in-all... I think I did great and I actually lost a pound after all that Black Friday shopping and walking it off. It was a great day. Shauna29.... It's almost December Gf, the time will be here before you know it. Let me know when you go on liquids.
  7. I tried but I can't do protein powder... The genepro doesn't add anything and I don't feel like a real green smoothie is sweet enough on its own.
  8. Well I will be following right along with you... This thread has pretty much died down with the occasional reply. I am glad you are getting what you wanted. It will be here before you know it.
  9. Which one are they approving? What a situation... So sorry you had to jump through so many hoops.
  10. Hey girl.... Doing great. What's up with you?
  11. Thank you.... You hang in there and keep us updated. The times will hopefully fly by faster than imaginable.
  12. I feel amazing.... It has been a few years since I have been at my current weight. I have yo yo dieted and lost and gained over 60 pounds more than once.. Not to mention that I was never overweight until I got pregnant. SW: 241 CW:213 GW: 149 I started in a size 20 and I am now in a 14. Very exciting. I'm 5'5".
  13. Honestly.... I put my scale away for a week or two and that way I don't have to see it everyday.
  14. I would do the appetizers at home like usual but have the fam help out with the cooking process so it isn't all on you. Or I would go to the friends house. I wouldn't let wls stop your son from coming to visit. I would tell him to inform his gf that you aren't very traditional so she can make her choice to come or not if its a big deal.
  15. Congrats!!!!! That's awesome!!!
  16. I mix mine in soups and v8 juice. I love it because you can't taste anything different.
  17. I was driving the day after I got out of the hospital. My recovery was very easy though.
  18. I took the liquid for a cold.
  19. I am 4 weeks out and I took Tylenol nighttime and it knocked me out. LOL
  20. I use my fitness pal... I don't really count calories though, I just track protein, carbs and sugar but I can see the calories.
  21. That's awesome you guys.... Congrats!!!
  22. I can't do the powders.... They just don't sit well with my new tummy. I drink pure protein in the can and it's great.
