  14. Mushroom soup. Cottage cheese. Tuna with light mayo. Egg in microwave with sprinkled cheese. Soft soy Beans mashed with fork. I stayed away from refried beans made me feel icky and way to full. Egg Drop soup was a staple too.

  16. Talk to doc but when I did mash potatoes that early out I would be sick. Do like canned tuna with light mayo and quarter of a cup. Maybe mashed sweet potatoes and quarter of cup. Many carbs in a cup and a half of potatoes. Just my opinion. Check with doc and nutritionist.

  21. I was right at 7 months too when I had to have mine out. Rapid weight loss in some people causes irt. It was easy out same day. Bummer to have to go back in to surgery but was easy. No issues at all after loosing it.
  22. Don't forget chapstick and walk and walk to get gas out. Good luck and I wish you a speedy recovery.
  23. I eat low carb ice cream about 1 time a week. I eat carb smart bars. Yum.
  24. Sleep apnea is very common with over weight people. Yes I had it and now I dont after losing 100 plus pounds. Don't be upset they just want you to be healthy. They want to do the sleep study so if it is severe you have the cap machine at home to make sure you don't stop breathing and die. Sleep apnea is serious and if you have it it must be addressed. They should have done this upfront! So now they will do sleep study to see how severe it is etc. It is a good thing. You need to see what level you are. The good news is when you loose weight it will get better. I only know of one lady that after loosing she still needs the machine. Hang in there it is in the best interest for you. I wish you the best.
