For me, I'm always tempted but I feel like it's a gateway drug. I know sugar is my downfall so I stay away from anything even close to it if possible. Also remember that it may have lots of calories because of the dairy and other things they put in like fruit. Maybe you could freeze your yogurt instead???

It is on my doctor's approved list for the full liquid stage but I couldn't find any appealing flavors that didn't have chunks so I stuck with no sugar added fudgsicles.

Has anyone tried sugar free ice cream?

I eat low carb ice cream about 1 time a week. I eat carb smart bars. Yum.
