Hi! My surgeon told me 3 to 6 wks depending on how I feel..

My surgeon said to wait at least one week.

My surgeon said. 10 days. I think it depends on how well the incisions have healed.

i dont know honestly but i have to say.. yaaasss swimming all day! -high fives-

Mine said 6 to 8 weeks. You need to heal.

Surgeon said 3 weeks for me.

My surgeon said to wait until my incisions are completely healed. It took 9 weeks. Enjoy the swimming.

I was cleared for swimming and weight lifting after 6 weeks. Mentally it took me another four or so to actually work up the nerve to use the pool at the gym. LOL. Now I have all these accessories. Like a kickboard and these swimming paddles for my hands.
