Is sushi considered soft foods?

Fish only and no rice. I did not eat this till 3 months. Talk to your nut.

It's my go to fast food. Am at 2 months and just enjoyed 2 orders of tuna sashimi today!

I'm four weeks from surgery today. I start adding foods tomorrow, but have been eating sashimi the past week. It's soft, delicious and solid protein. Yum!
