Can anyone recommend diet and fitness apps to track what I'm eating and fitness goals, etc. For android? I'm just beginning my WLS Journey. Thanks!

My Fitness Pal is what I am using. I have an Apple but I know it works well for Android as my wife is using it

Most ppl on here use mfp... my fitness pal

Hi! I use Fat Secret (crappy name, I know).

I use Fitbit which can be linked with MFP. Counts your activity and steps and how many calories burned.

Ditto on the fitbit with MFP. It is reported tat there will be a new App coming out soon that will be specific to bariatric patients....soon like possibly in the next two weeks...

Is that app associated with MFP or fitbit? Or independent? I use MFP and fitbit too.

I am have never been successful with food journaling, but I will agree that MFP and Fitbit are great. Great synergy b/w the 2 apps. I journal Everything now, it keeps me honest with myself. I'd love to hear more about the bariatric app!

I use MyNetDiary and Fitbit. Love the combination!
