Bariatric Pal Colors Are Dull And Boring

Recommended Posts

Is it just me or is the colors on this forum putting you to sleep. It makes me feel like blah blah blah...................

They need to change these colors because IMHO they do not make a person want to stay on here for very long.

I agree. It is bumming me out a bit. Maybe they will brighten up the color scheme?

I like the layout but the colors are a killer!

Does anyone know what happened here? I know I may sound a bit dim, but it seems like our usual VST forum was sucked into this website conglomerate and I can't access anything or continue previous convo. And quite frankly, it SUCKS.

It's too plain. I do love the logo though. Oh well, it is what it is. and if they would get my WLS of Vertical Sleeve correct, I'd be totally happy.

I think they banded me too, and i don't like it! If I wanted the band, I would have chosen it. Where's my sleeve? :)

Do you have to go to your profile to find out how they have you listed as sleeve or band?

You know how on Facebook whenever they make a change, everyone gets really stressed, complains how much they hate it and then a couple of weeks later you never hear anything more about it? I suspect the same will happen here. Once you are used to the changes, and see the benefits of having all your weight loss surgery resources available in one place, you will learn to love everything about Bariatric Pal.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
