3 Months and 65lbs

Well it's been three months since my surgery. I am 6'3" and started out at 320 lbs. As of this morning, I weigh 255 lbs. I am at my lowest weight in 20 years. I'm a private person and the thought of posting pictures embarrasses the hell out of me. But there were so many people here that I watched and read about for months before deciding to start this journey. One of the things I that helped my decision was looking at before and after pictures. So in an effort to hopefully pay it forward, increase my karma points, and help someone else....

Here are before, 6 week, and 12 week pics

Thanks! I'm doing my best to get to the gym at least 3 times a week. On the other days I usually get at least a walk in. I've also been trying to do push ups and crunches in the morning and before bed.

That being said I don't always find the time and I should be doing more.

What an amazing transformation! As a pre-opper, I appreciate seeing the before and afters - it's a great motivator.

Thanks for sharing and I wish you continued success!

Congrats!

Awesome!!

Great job! I get sleeved in 3 weeks and these pics really give me something to look forward. Every day brings this dream closer to reality. Keep up the good work!

You look GREAT!!! Keep up the amazing work! You seriously are an inspiration!!

Bluto, thanks but i am no longer as close as it looks!

I decided last week, after discussion with my dietician, to extend my target by another 7lbs but despite me putting that on my ticker, it's not showing, lol.

So I now have 14lbs to my target, am having cosmetic surgery that should take care of 5 of those pounds, so about 9 to go. Can't believe it, including pre-op, have lost 76.5 lbs and should lose just over 90 in total. Not as much as many others but transformational for me.

Keep doing what you are doing... I hope you continue to be as successful. Maybe I will be brave enough to post before and after pics too ;-)))))
