--stir it in to Greek yogurt

--stir it in to cottage cheese

--stir it in to a Laughing Cow strawberry cream cheese wedge

--if you eat hot Cereal, add it to that

--sprinkle it on fruit like apples or bananas

You could also just make Peanut Butter with it. Simply add the recommended amount of Water and mix. For me...the right amount of water was a pretty narrow window. Too little and it tasted gritty. Too much and it was way too thin. Get it right though and it's quite good.

I stumbled upon it in Walmart of all places. There was PB2 with chocolate too. Anyway....For me I have a hard time with the sweetness of all Protein shakes, so I came up with my own through reading all there's comments. ;-). powders?utm_source=BariatricPal&utm_medium=Affiliate&utm_campaign=CommentLink" target="_ad" data-id="1" >unjury Unflavored Protein powder, PB2 2 Tbls, 2 Tsp of Unsweetened Cocoa, milk (I use soy due to being lactose intolerant), and Stevia added for the sweetness I like. I sometimes add a few ice cubes. That sucker packs a whopping 43gs of Protein and 275 in calories and it's super yummy!!! I think it's a great Meal Replacement, but I've had so many I'm cool on it right now. I'm only 2 weeks out of surgery and grateful to chew on something. :-)

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
