I drink chocolate Soy Milk and add a scoop of powders?utm_source=BariatricPal&utm_medium=Affiliate&utm_campaign=CommentLink" target="_ad" data-id="1" >unjury chocolate powder -- it's yummy, taste like Nestle Quick!

I drink soy for added estrogen, also the Unjury powder has over 21 grams of Protein per scoop,100 calories per scoop and only 2grams of sugar.

1 cup is a meal for me in the mornings!

I order mine from www.Unjury.com

I tried a bunch and didn't like any of them except the GNC Lean shake in chocolate... It's not lactose-free though, if that's an issue. I personally think having skim milk in it may be why it tastes better than the others.

I live in Canada so not sure if this is available everywhere, but the best for me is ISO Femme from Allmax Nutrition. It is very good. It has 25g protien and only 2 carbs. It is yummy and, for me, has no yucky after-tastes.

I tried Unjury and Jay Robb but they started to become sickening and weren't very tasty. I now use Syntrax Nectar. They have a bunch of different flavors from fuzzy navel to Cookies and cream. The fruit ones taste just like you're drinking Crystal Light which makes it easier to get down, for me at least. They are about 23g of Protein per serving.

I use Syntha-6 by BSN it is higher in fat and carbs but it also doesn't have that chalky aftertaste.

They also have a "Dessert" line which is yummy (but expensive)

I like to mix my vanilla with light Turkey Hill Peach Mango juice and then blend in some frozen fruit

I do the same with chocolate as well. chocolate I will mix berries in, the vanilla I mix tropical fruit (pineapples, mango, papaya etc.)

Note: Tropical fruit adds more sugar. So if watching sugar, I would keep with the berries.

Syntha 6 line and Dessert line have betwee 22-24g of Protein per scoop.

I recently found Protein 10 smoothies, they are a 2.5 oz protein shot with 10 grams of protein, 64 calories, 0 fat, and 5 carbs, not to mention delicious and I got them at the Dollar Tree. These help fill in the protein gaps when I need them.

For premade I use Premier Protein chocolate. I can only find them at SAMs around here, but they taste great and are 30 grams of protein! For powder I use Syntha 6. Definitely the best one I've tried and I tried a lot of them over the past 6 months. I have chocolate and vanilla and love both!

I love the Atkins Protein Shakes, they're in my grocery store, and they can be found at Sam's Club. 11 oz, I believe 15 gr of Protein and 1 gr sugar. Many flavors, yum!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
