I can't remember honestly, I've always just stuck to about 6-8 glasses a day...

They say 64oz... 4 Water bottles . I am having a horrible time getting it all down. I am about 3 bottles.. my surgery date was April 22nd... working on it..it is hard

Yes this process is tough. Sigh... What do I even say lol. It can be frustrating but ill krep in keeping in... What's my option lol? I am grateful for where I'm at but wonder if I'm going to loose anymore?

I have a hard time with Water as it is. I'm really trying but so far I can only get in 32 oz (4 cups)

I'm trying to force my self to get more on to see if it will help with the weight, but it seems as if my body refuses to move away from the weight I'm at!!

Hopefully more Water intake will help!
