Hello everyone

i am doing very well no more lack of energy, i am very stable ! i lost 43 lb so far it looks like it's stable no i am only 8 pounds from my goal ! ( i was a low BMI ) started at 236 and i am now at 193 :D

i am eating almost anything i want ! i haven't touched junk food or nothing close to it so far ( that kind of food discusts me now )

the only thing i tried was a pizza at a birthday party that was the only thing called food that there was, and unfortunatly i couldint handle it... so dont try pizza !!!

From time to time when i remember( for the Protein shakes) i am really not eating much.. I cant eat Breakfast unfortunatly although i lnow it's not good for lunch i eat very little and for dinner i eat meat ( chicken mostly) with some vegetables and arround 21:00 i eat something light.. Everybody i know is telling me i dont eat enough, but i never have any lack of energy! I am feeling great this week i am at 191lb so its 45 pounds less than my original weight! I am so happy!! The only thing i cant get off unfortunatly are the stretch marks :( thats the only thing bothering me.... I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
