How many carbs?

I think its only like 1 or 2 carbs.... That's really really good.

Thanks for sharing! This is great! I see my dietician tomorrow and I am going to ask her if I can have this yet! I know it's not bread bread, but I'm not approved to have "bread" yet so... But this looks and sounds fantastic!

Just checked them out in the oven. They're as big as bulky rolls!!! I think I went a little overboard. Lol. But I can use one and cut it in half for a sandwich. So I guess I did get ten. Lol

Let me know what you think!

surgery date 6/11/13 HW: 364lbs. SW: 335.5 CW: 304 GW: 150

I wasn't thrilled. I think I should have let them cook more especially since they were so big. They were very eggy. I think I might try to add some salt or flavoring to the next batch.

Also the only cream cheese I had was a Greek yogurt cream cheese which has half the fat of regular. Maybe if they had the full fat they would be better.

The original recipe I saw specified not to use low fat or fat free, I guess it just needs that extra in it! Where do you get Greek yogurt cream cheese???? I've never ears of that?!?!?

I always get 8 out of the batch. Couldn't imagine getting 10. Maybe if you fluffed the egg white longer

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?
