Help! I'm going to Phoenix in 11 days..very impulsively, to see old friends and hopefully heal from the last brutal month or so... I need help knowing what to take supplement wise..how do I transport protein powder? Also no clothes and I can't find summer clothes here yet.. Shop out there? I'm also afraid to reveal how weird my eating habits are....I can't impose and ask for special food, should I offer to pay for a grocery run? Girls, I have been in a fog for the last month..feeling overwhelmed by going.

Looking good Dorian.

Thanks!

I think it will so good for you my friend! A chance to get away and just do you and not worry about anything! Wish I could go too. ;) If I were you, I would just hit up a walmart there and buy protein and other things you can eat once there. Then you don't have to worry about taking it or your host worrying about anything special. I have never flown so don't know how to pack at all. Buying clothes there would be so nice too! Have a fun and safe trip!♥

Hope u have loads of fun! I'd do like Dori suggested. I usually have to do that with all the travels I've been doing.

Thanks, guys...yeah, that's better than stressing about it. This will definitely be the easiest trip I've ever packed for... I guess I'll travel like I did when I was 18 and moved ti Colorado with one suitcase. I'd feel better if i had at least one pair of shorts lol.

Glad you are moving in the right direction. Hope it continues! ;) Hugs! Hypoglycemia is low blood sugar. He didn't tell you what to do or anything? Here is a link that explains it. Hope it helps.

That's low blood sugar from not eating....you probably feel seriously terrible from it..get some dietary guidelines from your nut. Juice helps a lot for this. Have you found a new surgeon yet?

No there is not much of a choice in iowa

Happy Sunday all. Went out last night to celebrate parents 40th Anniversary. Took lots of family pictures so I thought I'd show the difference. I'm so used to being the biggest sister but now I feel normal. And it feels good! I'm the one on the left in both pictures!

Dori, you look amazing, girl!

Snowed in again! I'm making a pot of chili. Did oven fried chicken last night, but only ate a little with some steamed broccoli. Cannot stay in, I'm gonna go crazy! I'm used to being out and about, running around. Last nite, my body shut down and I slept for almost 10 hours! Up today, decided to clean out the kitchen cabinets. Round 2 of the snowstorm just started, so looks like we're in for a couple more days! I guess I'll prepare my tax stuff.

So here it goes
