My fitness pal

I need help with my fitness pal. How can I track my protein and carbs ect and not just my calories? How can I change my protein goals?

Yeah they are there but not the goals I want. My protein goal shows 22g.

And my carb goal shows 82 definitely too much.

It does it automatic by your goal my shows protein goal is around 70 my dr told me not to worry about any others I'm 5 weeks post op

Go under

My Home and then pick the Goals tab. You can tweak the calories and up the Protein the carbs are linked to protein. I was more concerned with the protein so I don't worry about the 'carb' goal.

Thanks I figured it out. Anyone know of a different app? I don't like the percentage thing. I want to be able to enter the goals I want.

I use Lose it! You can see exactly how many grams of protein, calories, sugar, fiber, etc. you've consumed for the day. I've used this for several years. The app is free.
