I received my box from Rachael it was soy nice got almond milk thin triscuits protein bar pistachio crystal light pink lemonade my favorite some protein drinks and granola protein some plastic containers and homemade dried fruit and leathers (like fruit roll ups) can't remember al cause there were more The homemade fruits were very good even my grand kids liked them Thank you so much for everything it was so nice and a letter but moist we have texted a lot since we got connected that nice cause my last 3 didn't even answer my email but I guess that's better then sending a box and not receiving one Again Thank you and I've got a new friend that will be around for a long time

My sister was looking for me in a waiting room and walked write in front of me and didn't even see me I saw her go by and asked her where she was going she said I just look so different My sons friends who always spend holiday with us came in and saw me from behind and called me Johanna that's my daughter when I turned around were shocked

Well I did most of the cooking everything went well had about 2oz turkey & 1oz ham 1/2cup squash casserole & about 4 peaces roasted sweet potatoes fries and a couple of bites of Mexican cornbread I use whole kernel corn Jalapeños and some of the juice from the can there in Goda cheese cornmeal & flour shortening it was so good this is the first bread I've eaten since before my surgery so this was my treat sent all the rest home with my son I've been very careful about what I have eaten so far stayed very simple but everything went well but no deserts

Hope everyone had a good Thanksgiving I survived well and cooked but did a few things in a mor healthy way and no one complained like roasted sweet potatoes with honey olive oil cinnamon there were very good For some big victories for me someone gave me some sweater dresses fitted tapered cut size 14 I just keep looking at them because I have NEVER been able to wear a straight fitted dress my granddaughter said try them they will fit so as I was cleaning out my closet 6 big bags I TRIED them and was shocked they fit nice so I guess Christmas I'm coming out in my new look and surprise everyone if I could just get rid of all this extra skin on my legs and arms I feel I would look skinny

Ok so today had to pick my daughters car at our repaire shop we've used about 10 years pulled up open my window and he was looking at me he knows my car but just keep staring at me when he got to the car he said wow you look so complete different I said yes 100 lbs he just keep saying at it and called his partner over to look at me crazy everyone from the shop came out to look at me me daughter is standing there laughing cause there all talking in Spanish which they think we really don't understand everything they were saying so I got out of the car and said Gracias they all gave me a hug and kiss 10 of them talk about something to make you really feel good

It's like we keep saying if you not going to follow through just say no its not fair to send a box and not get one just don't understand people that say yes they want to do this and then don't bother this is a choice no one is making you do it so if you say yes DO IT or just say no

That's bad but these kids don't care you the go with there dong groups and more and really don't now what there getting there selfs into

Thanks saw my cardiologist today and he kissed me he was so happy at all my progress and all my blood work was absolutely perfect sugar blood pressure everything was great I've been doing the happy happy dance for a week now my RYN surgeon even said they might end up having me see plastic surgeon at about my one year to look at removal so I'm one very happy lady
