Thanks that's what my dr says the nutritionist calls and check on me regularly and to remind you of anything your to change or start differently in your diet and dr office had a very good support system exercise classes support group and cooking classes , classes on how to be make all the changes to reach all your goals mentally and physically it all really helps because this is a total change not just the weight you have to think different about yourself and you can make your goals
  2. That's really great what kind of diet did they put you on for pre op diet or you doing any exercise they gave me sitting ones to start as part of my pre op

  4. I had to do 4 week liquid diet first 2 weeks 2 shakes and 1 meal second 2 it's 5 shakes a day during all 4 weeks I can have sf jello sf drinks broth sf Popsicle sf fudge sickles and 64 oz water or total on liquids. First week lost 14 lbs. anyone in Atlanta area
  5. I too need to louse 200 lbs my surgery is Feb 14
  6. It's just every Dr is different to you just have to talk to yours any just decide Remember don't put yourself at any risk it's not worth it to end up back in hospital just to rush things
  7. Yea the said you walk the first day with your catheter the driving I think they just don't want you to put pressure on you stomach this is major surgery and takes time to heal and if your on any pain meds you can't drive
  8. My dr said will wake with Cather possible to have drain and can't drive at least to after post op visit

  12. My date is also Feb 14 up 1 week called me today and told me so I have 1 month pre op diet starts today

  14. Yes and nervousness and today they moved my surgery up 1 week to Valentines day the 14
