Has anyone lost 200lbs?

I haven't had surgery yet but that's what I need to lose too (plus maybe even an additional 25 pounds).

I would like to see a group of people who are working toward a really big weight loss goal with us Renee. I guess we'll just support each other :)

i also need to lose a total of 200 lbs....83 down...122 to go. I have seen a few people posting about losing 150lbs or so. Only 1 I've seen that lost 200 I think.

I am currently stuck.... need to get moving downward again SOON!

I've lost 169 lbs and have 6 more to go... I really secretly want to lose 13 more which would be a total lost of 182 lbs... I will be one year post op on feb 21st

But now I am working out, and hoping to keep the losing going. Started at 427 down to 265 right now. Let me know if there is any advice or motivating words needed!

I would ideally like to lose 175lbs. 40 down! I have my ticket set to what my NUT said, but I'm only 5'1" so I would like to lose more.

I have a friend who had surgery last March and has lost 228 pounds already. He went from 488 to 260.

How do you stay motivated? I'm worried about losing motivation and endurance.

I'd love to help support you! I'm hoping to have surgery early July. For insurance coverage I have to do a 12 month supervised diet, my last month will be June. I cannot wait until summer to start my new life!

I am hoping to have my surgery around April or May. I am still hoping it will be sooner. I have already lost 7 of the 15 pounds I'm required to lose pre op. How's it going for you Renee?

I'm not required to lose anything pre-op. I'm just waiting impatiently ;)

I have a picture of myself on my fridge from my heaviest. That's one way, also Just remembering how great I feel after I workout. I started off by walking half a mile twice, the upped it to a mile and so on. I am up to walking 5 miles now. Just kept chugging along. Once the surgery was over I got a ton more energy and just had to motivate myself to start with and the rest has been easy. Just have to get into a routine and make it a habit.

I just learned today that I don't have to do the liquid diet before surgery. Really happy about that. So I still have a couple of months to lose 8 more pounds. I know it sounds easy, and I know I can do it, but I just don't know if I can keep it off until surgery.
