  17. Heather, I just love your spirit <3 And yes, we all have our mistakes. I try to follow my surgeon, dietician & exercise physiologist's advice. With a crazy schedule at work, graduate school, a family with 2 teens, things can be so rough. I used to beat myself up for any mistake. Not any more! Am cautious but accepting am a human being.   21. I had mine.the day before surgery. Actually it was good because you don't feel its pain thanks to the pain meds they give you at the hospital. They will give you the hospital underwear and a pad. Once I was able to leave bed, I changed to my own pads and undie. Sent from my Galaxy S III using RNYTalk
  22. Am about five and a half months post op. Lost 95 but still need 100 more. I buy at Goodwill or clearance stuff. The new coats I bought at the beginning of winter are loose now & look stupid on me but I won't give them away now. Sent from my Galaxy S III using RNYTalk
