Ok I have a very embarrassing problem. I have lost 114 pounds and I have a lot of extra skin. Well lately whenever my hubby and I are having relations if you know what I mean I get air sounds from down below. Well this really bothers me and it ruins my time EVERY TIME. I get very embarrassed. Even though he acts like it does not bother him. It really bothers me. Now I am wondering if there is a surgery that can fix this or does anyone have any suggestions. I know this is very wierd. But I didnt know who else to ask. I figured with all the weight loss going on on this site someone was sure to have this problem. Thanks guys.

Have you experimented with other positions? If you're using the missionary position, try a pillow under you butt with your legs on your man's shoulders.

OK.... first off... your husband probably doesn't hear it or notice it because he is concentrating on controling himself! LOL and if he does hear it.. it may turn him on even more.... GUYS are GUYS.... and he's probably happy he is even having relations.

Try to relax and be happy that you've lost 114 lbs THAT IS AWESOME!

I think I would raither have air bubble sounds than the sounds of my fat rolls smacking each each other. If it really does bother you that much I am sure you could get some plastic surgery to remove the excess skin.

I agree that it's probably more of a distraction for you than your husband. I think once the launch sequence is triggered they all go deaf, dumb and blind.

My very thin sister once told me (after a few drinks) that with her current boyfriend she was hearing "front farts," which made her laugh. Since it was never brought up again, I figured things had worked themselves out or that it wasn't much of a problem for her, just an observation.

I would suggest you try different positions and see if it makes a difference. Does the noise level increase with the level of speed and enthusiasm on his part (is he pumping you full of air?). Or are we talking about loose skin flapping around with abandon?

Most of all, be proud of what you've accomplished. Try and relax and enjoy your new sexy body.

OMG- you all crack me up! I am laughing because your all so right. TracyinKS you know most men well. Happy to get it!! your all so funny.

It's nice for someone else to bring up topics so you can sit back and agree and laugh at yourself too.

For surgery you can have a Tummy Tuck. I did 3 weeks ago, however, no sex for 6 weeks so make sure the noise really bothers!! haha

Ok, are you talking about "pooty farts"? And yeah, BTW this does have an official name - queef. Nice, huh?

...where he's acting like a plunger and stuffing you with air, then when he pulls back the air is coming out. If so, that's really normal - actually. Different positions will do it more. Positions where you're more "exposed" - like doggy, or if he's pushing your legs back over your head, or positions where he comes out farth - than positions where this doesn't happen, like you on top or in a chair or something.

Oh and as for the embarassment, don't worry about it. They try to make it happen in porn. And that's not because it turns on the ladies. The other ladies are right. My husband laughs at it. I think he sees it as a manly doing. Like, "Yeah, I made you do that!"

Just tell him, "When you almost rip me in half like that, lots of air can get in. Oh, baby, plunge faster!"

No embarassment for you, and you've definitely made his "tickle my ego please" day.

Oh my gosh you all crack me up. Thanks so much. I feel much better just knowing it is kind of normal. It never happened before I lost weight. I always knew I had a chunky monkey. But its not any more. I will try new positions and see if it helps. I tell you since I have lost weight I want to do "it" all the time. And this noise thing was really bothering me. I am going to just try and blow it off like its nothing. Thank all of you AGAIN.

Oh and the noise sounds like air inside of me. I dont actually have a lot of skin hanging there. So I am not really sure why it is happening.

Yeah, it is inside of you. You're basically being pistoned (think of what a piston does in a cylinder). As his "part" goes in, it's pushing air inside of you. What you're hearing is that air coming back out. It's under a little pressure, so it will come out whenever it can - either when he withdraws partially, or completely, or even if you change positions to something that opens you up a bit more. Really it's no big deal, it can be a source of a good laugh. ;)

Also known as a "vart" for vaginal fart. A very normal occurrence and nothing to be embarrassed about.

I've never been embarrassed about it, I just didn't realise it had it's own (sort of) biological nomenclature!;)

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞

Iʻm roughly 6 weeks post-op this morning and have begun to feel like a normal human, with a normal human body again. I started introducing solid foods and pill forms of medications/supplements a couple of weeks ago and it's really amazing to eat meals with my family again, despite the fact that my portions are so much smaller than theirs.
I live on the island of Oʻahu and spend a lot of time in the water- for exercise, for play,  and for spiritual & mental health. The day I had my month out appointment with my surgeon, I packed all my gear in my truck, anticipating his permission to get back in the ocean. The minute I walked out of that hospital I drove straight to the shore and got in that water. Hallelujah! My appointment was at 10 am. I didn't get home until after 5 pm.
I'm down 31 pounds since the day of surgery and 47 since my pre-op diet began, with that typical week long stall occurring at three weeks. I'm really starting to see some changes lately- some of my clothing is too big, some fits again. The most drastic changes I notice however are in my face. I've also noticed my endurance and flexibility increasing. I was really starting to be held up physically, and I'm so grateful that I'm seeing that turn around in such short order.
My general disposition lately is hopeful and motivated. The only thing that bugs me on a daily basis still is the way those supplements make my house smell. So stink! But I just bought a smell proof bag online that other people use to put their pot in. My house doesn't stink anymore.

Oh yeah, something I wanted to rant about, a billing dispute that cropped up 3 months ago.
Surgery was in August of 2023. A bill shows up for over $7,000 in January. WTF? I asks myself. I know that I jumped through all of the insurance hoops and verified this and triple checked that, as did the surgeon's office. All was set, and I paid all of the known costs before surgery.
A looong story short, is that an assistant surgeon that was in the process of accepting money from my insurance company touched me while I was under anesthesia. That is what the bill was for. But hey, guess what? Some federal legislation was enacted last year to help patients out when they cannot consent to being touched by someone out of their insurance network. These types of bills fall under something called, "surprise billing," and you don't have to put up with it.
      https://www.cms.gov/nosurprises
I had to make a lot of phone calls to both the surgeon's office and the insurance company and explain my rights and what the maximum out of pocket costs were that I could be liable for. Also had to remind them that it isn't my place to be taking care of all of this and that I was going to escalate things if they could not play nice with one another.
Quick ending is that I don't have to pay that $7,000+. Advocate, advocate, advocate for yourself no matter how long it takes and learn more about this law if you are ever hit with a surprise bill.
