What ya eating tonight?

I had a small sweet potato, with a tablespoon of i cant believe its butter,

And i boiled a boneless skinless chicken breast. With salt and pepper, curry, garlic powder and some soul food seasoning. After it cooked i put a tablespoon of BBQ sauce to the side so the bites of chicken wouldnt be to dry,

All was good, filled up quick even tho i was slow eating

I also eat real cheese. I don't like dairy products except for Greek yogurt and cheese so I consider it way to add calcium to my diet. I don't like lite or fat-free cheese' date=' only the real thing, so I limit myself to one or two 1 oz servings per day max (but I don't have it every day). I'd rather have a little of the real thing than more of a poor substitute. :-)[/quote']

Amen to that!

I agree. Since we eat so little, I get the real cheese as well! Fat free cheese just doesnt do it for me! ;) I dont cheat with most things so I feel it's ok.

Making the taco chicken bake from the Bariatric Foodie tonight. Sounds so good right now.

I was wrong, it's World According to Eggface. Here's the recipe:

I'm adding jalepenos, some habanero jack cheese I found, and probably a cup of cottage cheese.

Is anyones app goofing up?? Mine cbg from ryn talk...to Bariatric ??.

Chicken and broccoli in spicy garlic sauce ;-)

Half a jimmy johns unwich.

Chipotle Bowl with steak, black beans, brown rice, cheese, fresh salsa and sour cream. So yummy! I only ate 1/2 cup. My husband will enjoy the rest when he gets off work.

Love Chipotle!
