What ya eating tonight?

I had a small sweet potato, with a tablespoon of i cant believe its butter,

And i boiled a boneless skinless chicken breast. With salt and pepper, curry, garlic powder and some soul food seasoning. After it cooked i put a tablespoon of BBQ sauce to the side so the bites of chicken wouldnt be to dry,

All was good, filled up quick even tho i was slow eating

Homemade beef and barley soup. Yummy and high on the protein!

Barq's diet cream soda is excellent, but it's hard to find. We don't have it here in Indianapolis, but they do in Cincinnati.

Shrimp with cocktail sauce' date=' peas. I know it's an odd combination but I'm having a hard time meeting my protein needs.[/quote']

Idk it sounds pretty good. :)

I never tried hamburger in chili. I use turkey n don't let my husband no. l

I made beef stew today. And it did not stay down. I've had hamburger with no problems. But the beef in the stew did not work. I wanted to try steak but I don't think I will do that for a while.

Me to :(

I've had issues with ground meat a couple times, but if it is in chili I seem to be ok.

Tonight, crockpot salsa chicken with light sour cream.

Ohh how I miss sushi : (

It must do it to us because in a burger its more pressed n harder to digest n break up. U think?

I'm thinking it's just too dry a meat without a bunch of sauce. Or, maybe because it is ground we aren't chewing it as well as we would something solid?

Has anyone had trouble with hamburger? It has hurt my stomach 4x so no more. It sits hard n makes me a little nauseous.

I eat hamburger patties and they sit good. I buy the healthier ones; good source of protein.

I haven't had any problems with any meats as long as they aren't to dry and I chew chew chew.

Or avoid crust altogether - spray pie plate w/Pam and pour egg mixture in and bake. It cooks fine without the crust. :-)

I made it last night with spinach and feta. Love, love, feta! :-)
