My nutritionist said it was okay to be over on protein. I was at 91 one day. I haven't dumped yet, but do you think you may have dumped from it? I'm one month out. Hope it doesn't happen again.

hello using my fit pal, do you guys count the calories in your vitamins just got off of picc line nutrition so this is new to me ?

Sent from my mobile using RNYTalk

I ate something yesterday that did not agree with me! I had 2 plain chicken wings' date=' and the came back up almost as quick as they went down. I have only thrown up a few times, but after this time I had some discomfort and pain below and between my breast (is that where my pouch is?). I also felt very nauseous for about 12hrs. Is it normal to have pain or discomfort after vomiting?

Also, I am 4 weeks post op and stalled on my weight loss too. I get 70+ protein a day. I see my nut and Dr thursday, is it possible to get to much protein?

And 1 more question. Is anyone else having trouble sleeping? I have terrible insomnia. I have tried tylenol pm, melitonin, and muscle relaxers, and I still can't sleep. Any suggestions?

Thanks,

I have had a terrible time sleeping. I also seem to get restless legs or for that matter my whole body! I have to get up several times and walk around and stretch.

My nut said not possible to get too much protein on a 400-500 cal diet/day. She said once your up to 800-1000 cals a day then you need to watch protein intake.

Are you working out? I haven't been on a stall since working out. I walk at a minimum of1 hour on the tread mill / 5days a week. Much of the time it is 1hr45min. Yes I am on the extreme side of it, the working out I guess but since I moved from losing .5 pounds per day to 1 a day.

Haven't thought about those calories so haven't been counting. Something to consider though because some of those are 25 - 50 per dose.

Omggg guys, I bought an ice cream maker. Best. Protein. Shake. Ever! I also found PB2 at my store (if you live in tx HEB is carrying it) so it's chocolate peanut butter. I mean seriously. This is the happiest I have been food wise in almost 6 weeks lmao

Where did you get the machine? How much? What make? Who makes the protein drink?

Thanks
