  5. I saw my nutritionist today. They were very happy with my progress. Total inches lost were 22 inches. That consists of 4 in the neck, 10 in the waist, and 8 in the hips. They did, as I expected, read me the riot act on the fact that I'm not meeting my protein goal. They told me I must work hard at meeting my protein dollars. Peter. DOS 12/31/12

  14. Any suggestions on having more energy? I am 5 weeks out. I exercise 5-7 nights a week. I get my fluids. My protein is around 60-65. Maybe it is just my body getting used to my work hours. I have to be up by 5am. I started back this past Monday. PSKKJM. DOS 12/31/12

  17. I need to get new glasses, but I was going to wait till I reached goal weight. I know from many years ago, that weight loss can improve your vision. I am 65 pounds down with about 45 pounds to go. I can deal with the ones I have. Just wondering what you guys thought. Should I wait with the thought that more weight loss could change my vision more if I get glasses now? PSKKJM. DOS 12/31/12
